Ventilation Validation Tests
Ventilation Validation Testing is now mandatory for ventilation systems installed in all new dwellings and non-domestic buildings. Ventilation Validation Testing is now mandatory for ventilation systems installed in all new dwellings and non-domestic buildings.
A ventilation validation test will need to be conducted by an NSAI registered ventilation validator/ tester. Note: air tightness and ventilation validation can be carried out in a single site visit.

IHER provides Energy Master Plan (EMP) consultancy services to local communities who are participating in SEAI’s Sustainable Energy Communities programme. EMPs give local communities a roadmap on how to play their part in helping Ireland achieve its Climate Action plan targets.
Since 2020, we have developed Energy Mater Plans for Cluid Housing, Oakley Housing, Portmarnock, Shankill, Belarmine and Marino. We are working currently on EMPs for Athboy and Ashbourne.
